In the event of termination of the Distributor Agreement or of the UM Agreement the right to use the password-protected parts of the Enagic Website as a Distributor or a UM ends on termination without the need for any further actions by Enagic

2. ENAGIC’S PRIVACY POLICY AND STATEMENT:

All personal data provided to Enagic while using the Enagic Website will be handled in accordance with THE  PRIVACY POLICY. If you register or login as an DISTRIBUTOR or as a UM, the Privacy Policy for Distributor and UMs applies in addition. The decision to provide this information is purely voluntary and optional; however, if you elect not to provide such information, you may not be able to access certain content or participate in certain features of the website. All information provided to Enagic during the use of the Enagic Website must be correct, complete, and up to date. If we have reason to believe that incorrect, incomplete or outdated information has been provided, access to the Enagic Website may be limited or blocked.

In the event of termination of the Distributor Agreement or of the Privileged Customer Agreement the Distributor or UM must delete or destroy all stored, printed or copied materials, unless they must be retained to comply with legal requirements.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF ENAGIC:
